At Highfive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items requested for return after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, or intimate/hygiene items.

Authorization: Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package or provide a return label.

Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: Highfive will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Buyer’s Remorse: For standard returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
